Ingredients
- 25cl of milk
- 75g of butter
- 2eggs
- 350g of flour
- 100g of sugar
- 1packet of yeast
- 1pinch of salt
- 1cinnamon
- 1Ginger
Preparation tips
Preheat your oven to 180°C
Preparation No. 1: In a salad bowl, mix the milk with the melted butter; add the eggs
Preparation No. 2: In a second bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder. Add a pinch of salt as well as the dose of cinnamon and ginger.
Make a well and incorporate preparation No. 1. Mix to obtain a lumpy dough.
Fill the muffin molds 3/4 full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on their size.
