Ginger Cinnamon Muffins
Ingredients 25 cl of milk 75 g of butter 2 eggs 350 g of flour 100 g of sugar 1 packet of yeast 1 pinch of salt 1 cinnamon 1 Ginger Preparation tips Preheat your oven to 180°C Preparation No. 1: In a salad bowl, mix the milk with the melted butter; add the eggs Preparation No. 2: In a second bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder. Add a pinch of salt as well as the dose of cinnamon and ginger. Make a well and incorporate preparation No. 1. Mix to obtain a lumpy dough. Fill the muffin molds 3/4 full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on their size.
